Privacy & Credits
Privacy policy
The Chamber Group LLC is a public relations, brand marketing and special events agency based in New York City. This site is a portfolio. It exists to show our work, and it is built to collect as little information about you as possible.
What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and asks you for nothing. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no marketing pixels, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive the information you provide, typically your name, email address and message. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We use it to reply and to conduct the conversation you started. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services this site relies on
Like most websites, this one is delivered by service providers that process technical data, such as your IP address, in order to serve pages at all. The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, and typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts, which may log font requests as described in Adobe's own privacy policy. We do not receive personal information from either of these beyond ordinary technical logs.
Our contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver your message. Web3Forms processes form submissions and related technical data to deliver messages and prevent abuse, under its own privacy policy.
Where this site links to third-party platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, or X, those platforms operate under their own privacy policies once you leave here.
How long we keep correspondence
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to the professional relationship it belongs to, and is deleted when it no longer is.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@thechambergroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, these choices may also be legal rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices change, this page will change with them, and the date below will tell you when it last did.
